Custom orders
Custom orders are available for most styles featured on the web site. Many of the pieces on our site can be duplicated exactly as shown, or with color changes that you specify.
However, Artisan bracelets, or any item that uses lampwork beads, are usually one-of-a-kind or very-limited-edition pieces. I will still take custom orders based on these pieces and will make every effort to find lampwork beads that are similar to those in the piece you like. I will e-mail you pictures of the beads before I begin work.
I will e-mail you a photo of the item when it is completed, so that you can see what you're getting before you pay for it. Once you receive the item, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will refund the full purchase price less shipping.
