General InformationSelective items have minimum quantities. There is a $15 shipping and handling fee that will be added to your order.
FREIGHT We ship only with UPS.
We ship only via UPS, to any USA or Canadian address that is serviced by UPS. There will be a $15 service charge for shipments to Canada or Puerto Rico to cover the cost of extra paperwork involved in these shipments. We do not ship outside of the USA or Canada.
RESERVING MERCHANDISEPlace your order now for shipping on a future date up to 1 year in advance. We guarantee to reserve the merchandise so you can be sure you will have their favors for that special day. Mikasa items can be guaranteed for a maximum of 60 days only.
DAMAGESAlthough we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your customer's affair.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS.
RETURNSIf you need to return merchandise for any reason (for example, the affair gets canceled), we will take back the merchandise up to 3 months after the date that we ship it. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense. Sorry, but we cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, or on any personalized items. We do not accept returns on any candy or food items.
This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
PRICE CHANGESIn the event of a price change, the price in effect at the time you place the order will prevail. |
