Welcome!  Thanks so much for wanting to know a bit more about me and my designs.  I began creating and selling on some internet sites in 1999 and was instantly in love with the idea of selling on-line rather than traveling from show to show.  I have met so many wonderful people thru the years and look forward to enjoying meeting many new customers in the future. 

 

My passion is creating and decorating with a simple, chic and elegant style.  I've collected vintage fabrics and antiques for years and love reinventing uses for vintage finds.  Most of my sewn designs feature vintage fabrics from the 1920's thru the 1940's.  I also love creating one of a kind collages, tags, paperbag albums and cards. Making products that make people special and appreciated is so gratifying.

 

My decorating philosphy is that a snip of vintage lace on a tote or pillow, an antique button or rhinestone pin are sometimes the only addition these beautiful recreated items need.  I love to let the fabric play the most important part of the design without a lot of embellishments.  My style is soft and romantic without a lot of fuss.

 

My family is the center of my life.  I have a wonderful husband of nineteen years and we have three teenage children who are growing into being very loving, caring and creative young adults.  We also have our newest baby, our black lab, whom we treat like our little princess.
