Florida residents: A 6% sales tax will be applied to your order total.
 
order cancellations::
You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund if Bébé Belle has not begun the printing process for Announcements and Invitations or if we have not begun designing your piece of jewelry. Once we have begun printing/designing, you are no longer able to cancel the order for a refund.
 
 returns::
Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason other than a printing error. If your announcements, invitations, favor tags contains a text error on our part, or if your personalized jewelry is misspelled, we will immediately re-print / re-do your order at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, per your request.
If there is a text error that was your error, at your request, we will re-print your order at 30% off the price to help alleviate the situation.

Refunds rather than re-prints, will be issued as follows:
Send us your package via USPS. Once USPS delivers the products to us and we confirm our text error, account for all original announcements, and find they are in their original condition, we will promptly issue your refund minus the original shipping fee.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advanced permission or unless ordered by a court of law. All information obtained while on this site is used for the sole purpose of submitting and fulfilling your order.

We use your email address to provide you with a text proof, to let you know we have received your order, and again when your order ships.
 
modification to the terms of service::  BébéBelle.com may change the content of the TOS at any time at its sole discretion without notice.  Because we may modify all or any part of these TOS from time to time without notice to you, you should check back often so you are aware of your current rights and responsibilities.   If at any time the TOS are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of the Services.
