For record keeping purposes, we prefer to communicate electronically as much as possible. You may send your orders and messages directly from our website.

What type of photo should I send? TOP
Please review the "photo tips" page to ensure the best possible photo for your announcement. Electronic pictures can be sent via e-mail to bebebelleinc@aol.com. 

Will I receive a proof? TOP
If your provide us with your email address, we will send an electronic proof within 2-3 business days for your review. Production will begin as soon as we receive your approval. If you want to save time and skip the proof process, please let us know when you submit your order. However, we encourage you to take advantage of this free service.

When will I receive my order? TOP
Your order will be ready to ship within 5 business days of proof approval. Please allow an extra day if we are assembling your announcements.

Do you have minimum quantity requirements? TOP
Yes, we can only accept orders of at least 12 announcements. Since our pricing is per announcement, you may order the exact amount that you need. We will add 2 additional matching envelopes to your order quantity.

Can I change the wording on my announcements? TOP
Yes, absolutely!  The wording suggestions link is here to help you with wording ideas. But feel free to use your own wording .

Can you print announcements in other languages? TOP
Yes. We can print foreign languages provided they use Roman characters (the same characters as English). You must provide your wording typewritten if it is not in English. There is no additional charge for this service. Also, please be sure to review your proof for accuracy.

Can I use professional photographs? TOP
Yes, but a release must given from the photographer.

Can I re-order if I need more announcements or thank-you notes? TOP
Yes, you can re-order up to six months after you receive your order. Please be sure to specify the details in the notes section upon checkout.

Do you design other types of announcements and invitations? TOP
Yes, let us know what you are looking for. We would love the opportunity to share in other celebrations such as Bridal Showers, Weddings, Baptisms/ Christenings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, birthday parties, new homes, or even new pets.

Can I ship my order to someone else? TOP
Yes, just enter the information in the "Optional Shipping Address" portion of the order form.
